Theme: Cult Space Material: Alka-Seltzer & Wax Building Class: Garden & Well

Hot wax is poured over alka-seltzer tablets. The wax engulfs the tablets as the fight to fizzle and dissolve. The remaining tablet-like voids become wells. This garden and well is a space for people who wait for their loved ones to return. Surrounded by the earth, the stillness of well water, and trees causes one’s sense of time and desperation to fade as he or she ascends the steps to follow a narrow path of light leading to above.
